Note You must use the generic scheduler interface for any of the following:

• Any third-p arty schedu le r not listed above (e.g., Sun Grid Engine, Grid MP,

etc.)

• PBSotherthanPBSPro

• A nonshared file system when the client cannot directly submit to the

scheduler (e.g., TORQUE on Windows)

If your cluster is already set up to use m piexec a nd smpd, you can use

Parallel Computing Too lbox ™ software with your existing c onfiguration

if you are usin g a compatible MPI impleme ntation library (as d ef ined i n

matlabroot\toolbox\distcomp\mpi\mpiLibConf.m). Howe ver, if you do not

have mpiexec on your cluster and you want to use it, you can use the mpiexec

software shipped with the parallel computing products.

matlabroot refers to the MATLAB installation
